Audio Cable

How do you detach an optical digital audio cable once you’ve plugged it in?

I know it sounds like a dumb question, but I can’t seem to disconnect my optical digital audio cable from my TV. Do you squeeze? Twist? Just pull?

Mine just pulls out, but look for a tab (like on a phone jack) If you can’t find one, it may just be tight.
