What is the best AMD motherboard around 3 Ghz?

I was wondering what would be a great motherboard with an AMD 3.0 GHz Core Duo probably. I like sound cards and accompanying video would be helpful, but I really need a lot of graphics, just something. I would like a large number PCI slots to put at least two bars of RAM, and some wireless card slots, etc. Besides, it would not be too much. All tips are appreciated
